Webinar (On Demand): Transforming Polarized Thinking

Webinar (On Demand): Transforming Polarized Thinking

Juice's Cheryl Haskett joins Betty Pries, CEO from L3, to discuss how to transform polarized thinking.

Whether negotiating change or pursuing new visions, it is common to encounter paradoxes that will not submit to simple either/or solutions.

A paradox involves two seemingly opposing perspectives that are both true (or false) at the same time.  One less-than-helpful option is to back away from tough paradox conversations, allowing paradoxes to become binding polarities.  When this happens, one perspective is perceived as true while the other is perceived as false.

Learn how to lean into the paradoxes and to mine the differences represented by the paradoxes for their strengths.  When this happens, nuanced, complex and vision-driven solutions emerge.
