Webinar (Live): Applied Innovation for Real People

Webinar (Live): Applied Innovation for Real People - January 18, 2018

You know why innovation is needed in your organization. But do you struggle with the how?

Most business leaders understand the value of innovation. But they don’t know how to be innovative.

Bringing together teams of employees to brainstorm the “next big thing” often prove unfruitful. Why? Because, without a structured process to guide teams in their efforts to be innovative, ideas don’t usually get to the implementation stage.

It is possible to build an organizational culture brimming with innovation. No “dream teams” required.

Join us for this 60 minute webinar and learn how a structured innovation process with practical tools can help you accelerate your innovation strategy. Webinar attendees will learn:

  1. How to engage your workforce by demystifying innovation and creating a culture of breakthrough thinking and functional innovations
  2. Why a structured process can produce 500% MORE useful IDEAS than traditional brainstorming
  3. What practical tools exist to stimulate innovative thinking across your organization – starting today

We hope you will join us for this FREE webinar!

"The i5 process is changing how people are working and thinking."

Webinar (On Demand): Transforming Polarized Thinking

Webinar (On Demand): Transforming Polarized Thinking

Juice's Cheryl Haskett joins Betty Pries, CEO from L3, to discuss how to transform polarized thinking.

Whether negotiating change or pursuing new visions, it is common to encounter paradoxes that will not submit to simple either/or solutions.

A paradox involves two seemingly opposing perspectives that are both true (or false) at the same time.  One less-than-helpful option is to back away from tough paradox conversations, allowing paradoxes to become binding polarities.  When this happens, one perspective is perceived as true while the other is perceived as false.

Learn how to lean into the paradoxes and to mine the differences represented by the paradoxes for their strengths.  When this happens, nuanced, complex and vision-driven solutions emerge.
