Exhausted? Need a quick energy boost?

Install power generators.

Here’s why:

Your body consists of mitochondria: essentially, micro-power plants that are embedded in your muscle tissue.

Like power generators, mitochrondria produce energy. And the more mitochondria you have, the more energy you feel.

However, lean muscle mass holds up to ten times more mitochondria than “soft” muscle mass!

What does this mean? Anything you can do to stress your muscles and make them a little leaner will help your body:

  • grow more mitochondria, and
  • produce more energy.

Get energized! Here’s what you can do right now:

Try this 20-minute, whole-body, mito-making workout—that requires zero gym equipment.

  1. Warm up with 5 minutes of light stretching.
  2. Do 30 seconds of burpees. (Learn How To Do A Burpee here.)
  3. Rest for 90 seconds.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 five times.
  5. Cool down with 5 minutes of light stretching.
