An accredited trainer in Emotional Intelligence, Beyond Engagement, The Power of Conversation and Innovation in a Box, Cheryl believes in the power of partnering with her clients, establishing relationships based on trust and integrity. Moreover, as a business owner, she herself has experienced first-hand the many challenges associated with running an organization.
Today, Cheryl uses her dynamic facilitation skills to fully understand the reality of organizations’ complexities and issues, needs and goals; and, together with her clients, co-develops strategic solutions in a way that still honours their business/cultural norms and any previous investments.
