Business DevelopmentJean-François (JF) Hivon is a bilingual member of the Juice team who is passionate about creating results through rigorous management processes, authentic relationships, and strategic thinking. Previously, he led the business development and training practice for a successful Canadian Training Company.
In 1994, JF began his career in the health field, helping individuals in their recovery from work and motor vehicle accidents. Five years later he became the CEO of Gage Health Systems where he began his leadership journey and focused on the development of business improvement and organizational change strategies. For the last 7 years, JF has been with a successful Canadian Training Company. In his most recent role as President, JF focused on growing the training business with both private and public sector organizations, with a specialty in health care.
JF is known for being a solution-focused thinker who adds value by balancing the needs of people and tasks to achieve desired results. Professionally, JF has a keen interest in the development and application of business improvement methods that focus on achieving results through sustainable behavior change.
Serving others is a core strength and motivator for JF. Outside of Juice, he gets his energy from his three curious children, a creative and supportive partner, a passion for cycling and the East Coast.
