Dan has a wealth of knowledge in assessing needs, mapping sales processes, developing strategies to achieve superior sales performance and building strong employee relationships.

He delivers on commitments, and ensures organizations get the highest return on their training investments. He supports his clients through all stages of a training implementation, including highlighting the case for change, addressing challenges upfront, making recommendations for change, outlining key events in the implementation, and helping prepare a solid communications plan.

Dan takes a relaxed but serious approach to any business engagement. He is confident in his ability to make recommendations to clients that address their organizational performance needs effectively.  He is also a firm believer in personal coaching, not only in client interactions, but also in the workplace.  He is always motivated to guide and help others achieve results through creative solutions. Dan is a member of the International Tae Kwon Do Federation. He devotes part of his time to operating a school that teaches Tae Kwon Do to youngsters.
