Cheryl Rayfield brings both commitment and an extensive background in client management to her role at Juice Inc.  Over the years, Cheryl has partnered with clients in the healthcare, military and education sectors as well as both Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies to implement learning strategies that have garnered substantive and sustained results. Her desire for helping organizations achieve behavioral transformation is matched by her ability to establish  relationships based on trust and integrity. 

Cheryl also brings a passion to unleash what's possible. She is an accredited trainer in Emotional Intelligence and she draws on both business and personal experience to move individuals and teams forward. She has been called on to speak and train in a variety of forums, but her real love is serving teenagers and underprivileged women. Rayfield helped to create, implement and facilitate weekend long transformation events for teen girls and these events have now expanded nationwide.

Prior to joining Juice Inc., Cheryl worked in a learning and development organization, has been a business owner, and she got her start in the tourism industry. Cheryl's most challenging and rewarding role however has been raising her two sons. She currently resides in Guelph, Ontario.
