Our History Overview
In 2002, Brady Wilson and Alex Somos’ vision to change the way the business world does conversations coalesced and Juice Inc. was born.
The company’s beginnings started when Brady (moving on from a 10-year career in training design and facilitation) founded “Dialogos” in 1999. This company focused on facilitating discussion and building communications skills into others. Alex, a 13-year veteran of the business and training development world, became excited about the work Brady was doing and they forged a partnership.
The first few years of the business involved a reassessment of the target markets, the science of discussion, research and the company’s branding with the help of Crista Renner who also helped to found the company. Dialogos was re-branded “Juice” to better represent the engagement and energy that were natural outcomes of the services Juice was offering.
Juice continued to grow and expand it’s offerings including several books authored by Brady including the release of Juice, the Power of Conversation in 2006, Find the Sticking Point, Increase Sales by Transforming Customer Resistance into Customer Engagement in 2009 and his most recent release Love at Work, Why Passion Drives Performance in the Feelings Economy.
Juice expanded their offerings again in 2010 when they merged with Floworks, Simulations & Training founders, Rick Boersma and Aspen Heisey. Floworks strengths compliment and dovetail with Juice’s offerings, adding expertise in Innovation (Innovation in a Box), Accountability (C6) and highly customized simulations.
Juice Inc is the product of over 10 years of development in the areas of employee engagement, culture change, communications training, coaching, and team building for behavior change. Since 2002, Juice Inc has focused primarily on creating “Intelligent Energy” in the working environment –where it feels good to work and it is easier to get results.
