Aspen plays a variety of roles ranging from sourcing, shipping and simulation design.
In 2010, Floworks Simulations and Training founders, Rick Boersma and Aspen Heisey officially joined the Juice team. Floworks strengths compliment and dovetail with the Juice Inc. offerings, adding expertise in Innovation (Innovation in a Box), Accountability (C6) and highly customized simulations.
In addition to her many roles at Juice Inc., Aspen is an active community volunteer, hospice worker, Celebrant and spends whatever time she can with feet on the earth, hands in the dirt, hiking, skiing, and music-making.
With over 24 years of hands-on managerial experience, Maria brings to the Juice team outstanding organizational and project management skills. She is instrumental in the development and deployment of Juice's on-line surveys, including the Juice Check and 360-degree surveys, as well as the analysis and graphical reporting that accompanies them.
Maria is responsible for managing timelines, designing all printed copy and acting as liaison between Juice and their clients. Her attention to detail and unwavering work ethic along with her ability to manage multiple roles, design creative and engaging materials and beat tight deadlines makes Maria a definite asset to any project.
Technically savvy, she is our resident graphic designer with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat tools. Maria is also experienced in the accounting and budgeting role. Maria now resides in Fergus, Ontario with her husband Steve.
With a passion for creating positive change in the workplace, Michael brings dynamism and a wealth of expertise to his role at Juice Inc.
Over his 25-year career in professional facilitation and consulting, Michael has provided insights to help some of the world’s most well-known organizations implement the necessary conditions for a fully engaged, innovative workforce. His diverse client list includes American Honda, The Wet Seal, Beats by Dr. Dre, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Pizza Hut, TD Waterhouse, and Warner Brothers Studio.
One of Michael’s strengths lies in spanning the gap between where organizations are, and where they need to be. A huge proponent of experiential learning and team building, he uses a wide variety of tools and strategies to generate a new kind of organizational thinking: one that leads businesses to seize emerging opportunities; achieve positive, profitable and sustainable change; and thrive in today’s volatile marketplace.
An enthusiastic and energetic speaker, Michael makes audience participation simple and fun, while infusing people with ideas and inspiration to make change happen.
Prior to joining Juice, Michael spent more than two decades at Eagle’s Flight, an international corporate training company. His broad knowledge of business issues is also augmented by previous experience with the University of Waterloo as a controller and business manager.
Michael runs Juice’s U.S. operations in Claremont, California.
Jean-François (JF) Hivon is a bilingual member of the Juice team who is passionate about creating results through rigorous management processes, authentic relationships, and strategic thinking. Previously, he led the business development and training practice for a successful Canadian Training Company.
In 1994, JF began his career in the health field, helping individuals in their recovery from work and motor vehicle accidents. Five years later he became the CEO of Gage Health Systems where he began his leadership journey and focused on the development of business improvement and organizational change strategies. For the last 7 years, JF has been with a successful Canadian Training Company. In his most recent role as President, JF focused on growing the training business with both private and public sector organizations, with a specialty in health care.
JF is known for being a solution-focused thinker who adds value by balancing the needs of people and tasks to achieve desired results. Professionally, JF has a keen interest in the development and application of business improvement methods that focus on achieving results through sustainable behavior change.
Serving others is a core strength and motivator for JF. Outside of Juice, he gets his energy from his three curious children, a creative and supportive partner, a passion for cycling and the East Coast.

For more than a decade, Cheryl has partnered with Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and some of Canada’s Best Places to Work®, to design custom processes and programs to help organizations achieve sustained behavioural transformation across many sectors including healthcare, pharma, military, education, finance and insurance.
An accredited trainer in Emotional Intelligence, Beyond Engagement and The Power of Conversation, Cheryl believes in the power of partnering with her clients, establishing relationships based on trust and integrity.
