Blair Steinbach has spun his particular brand of magic, training senior executives around the globe in countries such as Australia, Turkey, England, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Jamaica, Brazil and of course North America for the past two decades.

Blair, one of the original founders of Eagle's Flight Creative Training Excellence, Inc., a world leader in the design and delivery of experiential training programs, was a key designer for programs including: Gold of the Desert Kings, Promises, Promises & Excelleron. He was also the lead designer in a program called “Emotional Intelligence for Personal Leadership” which has been delivered internationally.

Blair is gifted at the art of designing, creating and implementing powerful learning programs. His passion for facilitating these programs and helping others to achieve greater success truly showcases his brilliance and intuition.

Through research and pragmatic experience Blair brings an uncanny relevance and authenticity to his audiences. His understanding of emotional Intelligence, brain science and engagement enables audiences to gain personal insights and learn how to motivate, inspire and lead others to better results.
